How do I use my local utility cost? You may enter your local cost in the "General Info" tab. Be careful and observe the decimal points for the costs. You may also save the information in a database, please consult your manual for this procedure.
My operating costs are too high! Check your decimal point for the utility cost. .065 for six and one half cents per KW, not 6.5
How do I add other manufactures equipment? You may download the ARI and GAMA database from ARI and GAMA. Use our utility import feature to convert the data. Please refer to our training manual for a step by step procedure.
Can I determine the Economic Balance Point for a dual fuel heat pump? Yes, the software will automatically calculate the Economic Balance Point as well as the Thermal Balance Point based on unit efficiency and utility costs.
